At agroecodiscovery.com, all product prices and checkout totals are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD). You can review the full amount before placing your order.

Accepted payment methods

We accept Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and supported wallet options displayed at checkout. The methods shown to you may vary depending on your device and checkout settings.

Charges and order confirmation

Shipping is free for orders delivered within our service area: the contiguous 48 U.S. states. Applicable taxes, if any, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm payment.

After you place an order, we will send a confirmation to the email address you provided. Please check your billing and contact information carefully. If a payment does not go through, your order may not be completed; the message shown at checkout or your payment provider can provide more information.

Payments are handled through the payment services available at checkout. Please do not send complete card numbers or other sensitive payment details by email or through our contact form.

Cancellations and refunds

You may request to cancel an order before it ships by contacting us promptly with your order number. If an order is cancelled after payment has been collected, the refund will be made to the original payment method.

For an approved product return, we process the refund to the original payment method within 1–3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the credit. Return eligibility and shipping costs are explained in our Return and Refund Policy.
